SHIPMENT TO AUSTRALIA

Do you really deliver your items so quickly in Australia?
Yes, we partner with UPS for fast air shipping. Delivery takes an average of 3-5 days across all regions of Australia.

Where are the goods shipped from?
Our products are shipped from our main headquarters in Italy, where they are designed, produced, and tested. We ship via UPS air service, ensuring exceptionally fast delivery times.

How much does home delivery cost?
The shipping cost will appear in the final order summary. When adding products to the cart, customers can view the shipping fees and decide whether to proceed with the order.
All customs duties and handling fees are included, so no additional taxes or fees are required upon delivery.

Is the shipment insured?
Yes, all shipments are insured. In case of loss, we will either resend the package or provide a refund.

How can I find the tracking code for my order?
On the day your order leaves our warehouse, we will email the tracking code. Please refer to the "Production Times and Shipments" page for more details.
NOTE: Avoid sending emails requesting tracking codes before the indicated time on the “Production Times and Shipments” page has passed.

I received an email with the tracking number. How can I track my package?

NOTE: Updates typically start the day after the shipping email is sent.

At the time of delivery, does the courier contact the recipient to arrange an appointment?
The courier does not currently offer this service.
NOTE: We recommend that you contact the courier directly if there are any issues with delivery times.

I ordered multiple items. Will they be shipped together, even if they have different arrival times?
Your order will be shipped as soon as all items are ready at our facility.


BILLING

Will you issue a receipt or invoice for warranty purposes?
BegA s.r.l. issues a valid invoice or specific purchase-sale document at the time of shipment, suitable for tax purposes and warranty claims. Invoices are available upon request.


ORDERS

I placed an order and selected bank transfer as the payment method. Can I speed up order processing by sending the Transaction Reference Number (TRN)?
Sending the TRN or a copy of the bank transfer may speed up processing, but we will wait for funds to be received in our account before proceeding. Once payment is confirmed, we will send you an email notification.

How long until the courier delivers my order after completion?
Delivery times vary by payment method and product availability. Generally, delivery is completed within the estimated times shown on the "Production and Shipping Times" page.

How can I confirm receipt of my order?
After submitting an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Keep this page as a receipt.

Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in the order confirmation email and can also be found in your account under "Order History."


PRODUCTS

Are the products on your website new and covered by a warranty?
Maanta by BegA s.r.l. only sells new products, with a minimum 2-year warranty for end-users and a 1-year warranty for retailers, unless otherwise specified.

Is a product marked "available" actually in stock?
If a product is marked as available, it can be added to your cart. Orders are prepared and shipped as specified in the “Production and Shipping Times” page.
If an item is out of stock, it cannot be added to the cart. You can contact us for availability updates via our contact form or at info@maanta.com.

How can I get a promotional code?
