Shade sails
Sartya is the wall anchor plate that gives your shade sail a fixed point to rely on, season after season. It rests on a wide surface and fastens with just two anchors, because it's designed for walls with external insulation too. You mount it on masonry, wood or an insulated facade, horizontally or vertically.

Today's homes wear a thermal insulation layer that keeps them warm: on that wall, you need anchors designed specifically for the purpose. Sartya rests on a twenty-by-seven centimetre surface and distributes the pull of the shade sail across the entire insulation surface, with just two fixing points. The wall works undisturbed, the shade sail stays taut.

Two 22×12 mm slots instead of round holes: align the plate and adjust the position during installation, even after the holes have been drilled.
Larger than a standard wall plate: greater bearing surface against the wall and improved stability on thermal insulation cladding.
Tensioner, two carabiners, eye bolt, screw and washer are already included in the package: every link in the connection comes together with the plate.
The tensioner works up to 440 kg, the eye bolt up to 215 kg, and the carabiners up to 180 kg.
The plate is made of 304 stainless steel, polished and brushed, declared suitable for permanent outdoor exposure and for saline and coastal environments.
The tensioner adjusts between 165 and 240 mm: tension the shade sail during installation and restore the tension at the start of each season.

304 stainless steel, 20×7 cm: it rests on a wide surface and distributes the pull of the shade sail, even over external thermal insulation.
Adjustable between 165 and 240 mm: it tensions the shade sail during installation and takes up its tension over time.
In 304 stainless steel, with a 9 mm lever opening: they connect the shade sail and turnbuckle in a single move.
The eyebolt fixes to the plate with a countersunk hex socket screw and a nylon washer; the 25 mm ring follows the direction of the pull.
Sartya is designed to create a wall-mounted anchor point for your shade sail, especially on walls with external thermal insulation: the eye bolt accommodates a carabiner and tensioner, keeping the fabric taut throughout the season.
Yes, that's exactly what it's designed for: the 20×7 cm surface spreads the load across the insulation layer, and the two fixings are made using anchors specifically designed for insulated walls.
It rests on a wider surface, is secured with two fixings instead of four, and features adjustment slots: it's the ideal choice for insulated walls and tighter shade sails.
No. Sartya is a fixing accessory: the shade sail is sold separately.
Compatible with Maanta shade sails, using a snap hook and tensioner: it is part of the Maanta anchoring system.
No: wall fixings depend on the surface type. For insulated walls, you'll need specialist fixings (such as Fischer Thermax); for solid masonry, use injection mortar or anchors suitable for the substrate.
One for each corner you want to fix to the wall. The remaining corners can be secured using poles or other Maanta anchoring solutions.
200 × 70 mm, weighing 904 grams.
304 stainless steel, polished and brushed: it stays outdoors all year round without rusting.
It is a stainless steel suitable for permanent outdoor exposure, including in coastal areas.
The 22×12 mm slotted holes give you room to align the plate and adjust the position during installation, even after the holes have already been drilled.
In addition to the plate, we also provide 1 M8 turnbuckle, 2 snap hooks 8×80, 1 female eye bolt M10, 1 TSPEI screw M10×16 and 1 nylon washer, all in stainless steel.
Each component has its own declared working load: 440 kg for the tensioner, 215 kg for the eye bolt, and 180 kg for the carabiners. The connection works within the limits of the weakest component.
It is the weight at which the component can operate safely: the declared breaking load is three to five times higher, to allow a safety margin for gusts and sudden jerks.
Between 165 and 240 mm: the travel range is designed to tension the shade sail and retension it over time.
Yes, both the plate and the kit are certified suitable for saline and coastal environments. If you're near the coast — as many British gardens and terraces are — we recommend periodic cleaning to keep everything in top condition.
Using specialist fixings that pass through the insulation and anchor into the load-bearing masonry, such as Fischer Thermax fixings. The slotted holes guide the alignment of the plate.
Yes: on solid masonry it is fixed using anchors suited to the surface, such as a standard plate.
It's entirely up to you: choose based on the wall and the direction of the pull, and the swivel eye bolt will do the rest.
It depends on the wall type: for insulated render systems you need specialist fixings, while for solid masonry traditional anchors will do the job. If you’re not sure, our free design service will point you in the right direction.
They allow you to adjust the plate alignment even after the holes have been drilled, without needing to redo them.
